Level Two Teacher Training for Transformation

Develop the inner growth, personal discipline, and presence of an exceptional teacher. This 300-hour certification program includes five 62-hour modules. Graduates of Level Two earn the title of KRI Certified Practitioner; together with Level One certification, this fulfills the Yoga Alliance RYT 500-hour requirement.

Course Format

  • 62-hour KRI Level 2 module

  • 50 classroom hours offered over two 3-day weekends

  • 12 hours of home study

  • Each course includes Kundalini Yoga, meditation, guided discussion, experiential exercises, and personal reflection

  • Each module counts toward the RYT 300 requirement through Yoga Alliance.

  • Courses are offered in person with online participation available.
